The July Update

Okay...so there was no June update...but there was good reason for that.

We're getting bigger; that's a good reason, right? Seriously, this little company is growing in leaps and bounds with all kinds of exciting stuff going on.

First up was the release of David Daniel's "Coffin Dust." We had a party celebrating the release at the Old Court in Lowell, MA on June 25th and the room was packed. Dave is of course a draw unto himself with his track record and we were fortunate to have a big crowd. The book is now for sale at Amazon.com and other booksellers.

Then we released Lloyd L. Corricelli's second Ronan Marino Mysteries novel "Chasing Curves." It's up on Amazon as both a trade paperback and e-book and should be out into the other book retailers' distributions services in the next few weeks. We're planning on having a big release party on August 12th again at the Old Court. More to come on that.

Meanwhile, editing is moving along on one of our future books called "The Spy in the City of Books" by Stephen O'Connor. Look for this novel about an elderly former OSS agent and the things he left behind in France during the war sometime in late fall.

We've also renamed the book by The Fools' Mike Girard. It's now called "Psycho Chicken and Other Foolish Tales." There will be a huge release party for that one on November 28th at the Blue Ocean Performance Hall at Salisbury Beach, NH. It's a beautiful venue and that is sure to be a great event.

Other big news you ask? Well, some of the big publishers have apparently taken note of Larry Brooks' "Whisper of the Seventh Thunder" and have started to sniff around. Could be big things in Mr. Brooks' future.

One other thing of note happened this month. We launched the Ronan Marino Mysteries website. In addition, you can now buy merchandise featuring the Ronan logo.

More news next month...
